Do not buy!

I had purchased a similar bed 4x in the bed for my short term rentals. I stupidly assumed it was the same bed that was slightly cheaper at Target. Boy was I wrong. They look exactly the same in the ad but in person, it is a completely different bed. First, the bed is BROWN! Not black. Not even dark brown. It's a brown bed. Secondly, the quality was off. Also, other reviewers are spot on about the lack of instructions putting it together. Luckily for me, as soon as I opened the package, I taped it right back up and sent it back. Do not buy this!!

I ignored the 2 bad reviews and thought that I would be ok with slightly decreased quality and difficult assembly in exchange for a cheaper price. It is not worth it!!! I had to return this bedframe. It is such poor quality I could nto keep it. Every piece had tarnishing, scratche dor blemishes. It was not due to shipping, just the actual manufacturing of the product. All the hardware was loose and rllign around in the boxes too. Target was great with allowing me to return it though.

So i wanted to love this bed. BUT the it’s truly not black black like the pictures show. It has a brown tint to it which threw me off. Also At first the store only gave me one box and it’s a two box delivery, which turned me off.

Not at all what it looks like in the picture. This bed is 5 feet long...!!?? I'm 5'2" and it's way too small even for me. This is most definitely not a queen size bed, I have no idea why they would advertise it as a standard queen size bed when it is more of a 5x5 square. Additionally, the color is more of a brown-ish, the gold on the corner pieces is so ugly looking and in most spots, it actually has more of a silver tint. Disappointed that Target would sell things of such low quality.

Don’t Buy!

Don’t buy this bed! Very flimsy! And constantly shaky and creating annoying noise! It just isn’t sturdy! And the metal is scratched and is covered with flaws all over! Very cheap looking. Invest in a good bed instead! And also, there are no instructions. Very tough and difficult to try and put it together.

I have been dying to have this bed for going on 2 years now. The original bed is from a company called CB2 and its about 5 times the price.. so when I saw this one I immediately jumped on it. Don't get me wrong, the bed is beautiful!! It looks exactly how it does in the picture. But after assembling my first* bed, I slept in it and the side rail snapped in half. It took a month to get replacement parts and I replaced them, slept in the bed, and woke up to 4 of the 6 feet snapped off. I don't know if I have just gotten a lemon bed frame or if it is just that cheaply made but as much as I hate to say it.. I just do not recommend.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this bed. I live in an open loft, I love the height of this bed frame with my high ceilings. Great purchase.

DO NOT BUY!

First and foremost, the bed I received is BROWN not black. Secondly, there are NO directions what so ever. I genuinely have no clue if this bed is put together correctly. Nothing was labeled, nothing was separated and it was one she of paper with 4 steps that said 1st and ‘bed put together’. They didn’t specify what screws to use so be careful not to use the long ones until then end. Honestly, I contemplated asking for a refund. I NEVER write reviews, however, this is unacceptable and had I not already thrown away and taken my other bed down, I would have packed it back up. Again, save yourself the headache and trouble. I hope they see this. If I were Houzz I’d never let this seller be on my website.

Overall I love the bed and the way it looks. However, it was horrible to put together. The instructions are very hard to understand and you need to be able to think on your feet. I do not think the bed is worth the effort and pain it was to put it together. The bed seems to be good quality and sturdy for the month I have had it. Again, buyer beware that the instructions are horrible. I even called the manufacturer and tried looking up YouTube videos. There is no way to put a canopy bed together in 4 steps as the instructions claim. You need to be able to think on your feet

I dont recommend this product

The instructions are just pictures with labels and the pieces aren't labeled. 8 of the poles are the exact same size you pretty much have to try and figure out which poles to use where because none of the pieces are labeled and yet they are labeled on the instructions. I dont recommend this product from this company because the instructions are really poor.

Instrutcions arent clear

None of the pieces to assemble the bed are labeled and the parts all look alike or are the same size. The instructions are pictures one sheet of paper with labeled parts. And yet NONE of the parts are labeled so you have to try and guess which pieces go where. Its really annoying and had i known i wouldnt have purchased this
