Arrived late and broken
This light arrived 4 days late. When I Lowe’s customer service about my order being late they said there was nothing they could do and connected me to the vendor. The vendor referred me back to Lowe’s because they said they needed to contact FedEx about my shipment. So I then called Lowe’s back . The representative eventually sad that I needed to contact FedEx . So I did, they promptly filled out a missing package inquiry then the package was found and came the next day. I’m really not sure why they had a customer do this to instead of one of their customer service teams.

Very beautiful and elegant vanity light. I wasn’t sure at first if it would look right but now that it has been installed it looks amazing. Very good quality as well, the frame is very sturdy.
