Don't expect all the pieces to arrive in one piece.

The product is great. R&F were helpful. Unfortunately, the manufacturer carefully packages the bookcase with Styrofoam between the metal parts and a single sheet of tissue paper between the glass shelves. R&F sent two bookcases, both with broken glass, but I was able to get five intact glass shelves (and returned the excess parts). R&F will make good, if yours arrives broken, but be careful--tempered glass shatters into thousands of sharp pieces.

Very pleased with the antique brass finish shelving unit. Nice quality, sturdy, and easy to assemble. Using it in our guest bathroom and it looks great. Arrived quickly after order was placed.
