My order took about a little more than a week to arrive. The rug came wrapped in a protective tarp like material which made carrying the rug to my apartment from my lobby actually really easy because I could slide it on the floor easily myself. The rug is very soft and I think looks great. It has a slight smell to it which I think is totally normal and should go away soon. The design on the rug is more even than the photos look which I’m happy about because I was worried how it would feel to walk on barefooted but it feels all even and plush to walk on. I bought a rug pad for underneath as well. I bought the 8x10 size and overall I’m happy with my purchase.

Luv this rug! The picture doesn't do this rug justice, I thought the texture would be more coarse, but was pleasantly surprised over how soft it is. The rug adds warmth to my living room. Very very happy.
Great rug but slight defect
I purchased this rug to replace the exact same one I already had after my dog got sick on it. It came quickly and looks great, however, it is a cream colored rug and it came with a bunch of random blue threads in it. I was able to cut them out, but definitely a manufacturer defect. Other than that, it is thick and perfect for my bedroom.
