Arrived chipped. Crosley refuses to replace part

Received as a gift. Part was chipped coming out of box. Crosley refuses to replace and wants me to pay since no proof that it was purchased inside of the 90 day warranty. It's a defect, no abuse. Trying to make me pay for their faulty product. Hiding behind a warranty instead of standing behind their product. Avoid Crosley at all cost. And Crosley, pls do not reply about how to purchase parts or to contact you. You already said so in 10 emails. Gave you ample opportunity to make things right.

Beautiful accent cabinet! Exactly what I wanted.

Kind of a pain to get together, But super pretty! A little small for our record player, even though we measured. Their measurements forget that they have a little bar on the inside across the top front so beware and takeoff about an inch and a half of what you will need for your record player. It’s OK ours sits on the top. Just a little bummed that it wouldn’t fit inside. The directions say to install “I” door first, the inside door on the inside track. But I would definitely install the outside door on the outside track first; that way you can pop up the “little poppers” that go up into the wood holes on the top. Then install on the door on the inside track last. Unless you’ve got very long and very skinny fingers, you won’t be able to reach back to install the outside door last to the track. That’s our two cents and here’s some photos! Oh, and we definitely wouldn’t pay full price. Get it on sale! And be sure to look at other sites for the same item. Even with it on Wayfair on sale, it costs about the same on other websites, hint hint! So if you have free shipping on some kind of *ahem* “prime shipping service”; be sure to look at that and see if you could save a few dollars :). Less

Fell apart quickly, could not handle the weight of the record player and LPs it was designed for. Manufactured by Crosley and as shoddy as their record players. Don’t waste your time and money.

Very nice addition to my music room!

I have never been so impressed with the quality of a piece of furniture that I put together! You would never know. The cabinet is solid and heavy. Stunning conversation piece. Followed directions putting it together myself! My mom loves it so much, she is ordering one for herself. Perfect size for my record player, all my albums, records, speakers and even books I intend to read!

Love, Love, Love this cabinet! I am so pleased with this purchase! I paid for assembly and it was worth every penny! The manufacturer has added a cable access hole on the left side, so now both sides have cable access. Also, I purchased different cabinet pulls (11 5/16" hole centers) to match my decor.

The cabinets do not slide perfectly, but it works for what we needed

I ended up using this as a side table for my dining room. It looks good once it put together. My only issue is the lacquer does have some small flaws in it, nothing major, but when the afternoon light hits you can see them.

I love the look of this piece, I love the weight of the wood, it makes it look and feel very high end, and it functions perfectly as our record player table. It was easy to assemble with another person and it's packaged very well with easy directions to follow. I'm only giving this product 3 stars, because, unfortunately, due to the build design most of the nuts and bolts don't fit the way their supposed to, which means there are a few walls of my table that aren't holding onto anything to keep it together. Aside from this being a beautiful piece, I'll have to figure out another way to screw the walls together since it's weak due to bolts being too short and other tool materials not functioning as their supposed to. Major bummer, but the table looks nice.
