Not sure it would call it waterproof

I imagined the underside to be a barrier to wetness on a surface. The rug has multiple spaced holes for water to come through. Buyers should be aware of that. As long as the surface you are putting it on is alright to be wet, It's ok.

Not nearly as thick as the pictures shown. It is thin and lightweight. The grass is flattened completely so it makes it look even thinner. I don’t expect it to last but it will do for now.

Do not buy this! We were going to use it for a 4-h project, so we didn't care if it was low quality. The item we received is pathetic. It is falling to pieces. It's cut in a weird shape. It has holes you can see through in the middle. We can't use this for anything. A refund has already been requested.

VERY THIN, SPARCE! The edges aren't finished. It appears to be a used left over swatch they sold. the item received looks nothing like the photo. $5.75 is too much for wha you get. SO disappointed, BUT MORE FRUSTRATED!

I needed a temporary flooring for my gazebo and I put the carpet directly on top of the ground and the grass. it's worked wonderfully. I set my furniture on it, I walk on it. It's doing a great job and it looks beautiful. I get a lot of compliments and all my friends love it. It looks so natural. I'm very happy with the artificial grass:)

My delivery guys were AMZAING! They were very careful with my large refrigerator that I paid alot of money for. They made sure they did not scratch or bump anything. I believe the head guy was named Carlos who seemed very experienced and gave explicit directions to his partner before making any moves because it was a tight fit to get info the door of my kitchen. I was simply amazed at how well and smooth the whole delivery experience went. GREAT TEAM WORK!

We wanted to try an artificial grass product on our back deck just to see if we liked it. We selected the Ottomanson 9x7 carpet. The carpet is thin but so what? The fabric rolled out and laid down on the wood deck just as nicely as expected. I used carpet tape on the 2 outside corners that are subject to coastal Texas winds. Mud and yard dirt spray right off with a hose spraydown. It's comfortable on our feet and the dog's feet. I later bought a 2' runner to lay by the door.

Its a very good grass carpet for the price. I use it on an elevated front entry porch mainly to hide some of the crumbling cement underneath. It works well but the end does come up with a stronger wind and so I have to weight it down with another heavier mat. Also, it is not very soft. But overall it is servicing it's purpose.

NOT the heavy mat but the grass type of mat

I give this five stars for what it is, not for what it appears in the pic. It is that great indoor outdoor slight and lightweight 'carpeting' cut to doormat size. This fortunately works for me just fine. I HAD thought it was the thicker green heavy mat, but IT IS NOT. I thought 5.00 for the thick mat was too good to be true!! lol But it is the nice indoor outdoor lightweight mat. It can be put over a heavier mat at the front door to give off a summer color or use it as is. Just know that it is not the heavy mat that is an inch thick. It is the indoor outdoor 'grass' type of rug. You might want some sticky backing for it, or as I said, another rug under it to 'hold' it in place. Good for the price and a pop of color on the porch.

Horrible Quality and Product

Horrible product. It is NOT a rug. It is a really cheap piece of artificial grass (if you can call it that!). It had permanent markings on the rug from packaging. Wrinkled. Didn't roll out nicely. You can see the black underside because the green part is so thin. Would not hold up outside (maybe if under a patio cover). Not even worth the sale price! It didn't say it wasn't sold by Walmart, so I have to go through Hayneedle. Can only contact via email. I am trying to return them.
