The towels are super soft. Not the color I wanted because of being out of stock but they are a very nice set.

This is the 3rd set I bought. I love them and got rid of all my old ones.

Towels are very pretty but a lot thinner than I expected.

First wash before use and they are frayed and pilled.

What a nightmare! I ordered the SIX piece set twice. Each time I received only ONE towel— for $70. I called customer service. Again, they charged for 6 and sent one. Wayfair, you need people who can read and think. I’m finished with you.

I had gotten hand towels and washcloths in gray for separate bathroom and loved them (so soft!). I then tried the white complete set. They are just as soft, and the bath sheets are very large. However, they "shed" terribly. After drying off, you're covered in lint. You can't necessarily see it, but if you put lotion on, you feel like you're covered in sand. I'm hoping the issue goes away with repeated washings. I'm assuming that this is an overall product issue and not a color issue (white vs gray), but I can't be sure.

Colors and texture look nice. I haven’t used them yet. I really bought them because the color match( Grey texture set and white set ) was so good to my cabinets. So far they are just for looks.

These towels are so soft and dry well. Soft doesn't always translate to drying off but these towels definitely do. My son is usually not one to care about such things but the last time he visited he commented about how much he liked the towels. We have washed them several times and they are holding up really well.

Very soft, pretty color, but thin towels, so I had to return!

I really wanted to love these towels. The bath sheets and hand towels are oversized, they are very soft and dry off pretty well, but there are snags all over them after just two washes and they are washed alone so it’s not like something caught on them to cause the snags. There is a lot of lint in the dryer which is to be expected from a fluffy towel in the beginning but they are also leaving lint on me as I dry myself off.

Great quality and no shedding. Feel like luxury high end hotel sheets!

Unfortunately I had to return these towels because of the pulls. I truly wanted to keep as they are the softest towels ever! Seriously so soft!
