We liked: Real wood/solid. Doors/drawers well-aligned. Sink basin and location. Finish and color (white). Heavy/solid top. Storage space.

This product is well made, solid and elegant. It is very stable and looks robust. Drawers work very well.

Vanity is beautiful. Well made. My only issue is that it didn't come with a backsplash or sidesplash and now I don't know how or where to get one that will match. Can you help?

The vanity back splash was delivered broken in half. The sinks marble was also chipped against the wall and the bottom right drawer pull was stripped. Also, the right cupboard door came slightly torn, so it bubbled and worsened with the bathroom steam. The vanity and sink are beautiful and I loved it, but I had to return it because it is too expensive to have so many problems. Home Depot Customer service was excellent and they did mail me 2 more back splashes, which were delivered broken. They also mailed me a new pull for the drawer which we were never able to tighten it flush to the surface. The worse was the tear on the cupboard door because the paper or vanity cover was worsening at a fast pace. I was very disappointed that I had to return this vanity.

Nice vanity

Just installed today. It seems to constructed nice. The back splash was broke when delivered waiting on hayneed to fix the problem it seems they are having a hard time contacting the manufacturer.

Eviva & Gold Coast Carriers could do better!

The vanity is fair. The doors and drawers are hard to open because of the soft close. You really have to pull and because the pulls are so thin your hand can slip while trying to open. Also as pictured this is suppose to come with a single hole for faucet but they were out of stock so we had to go with the 3 hole which then meant us having to buy a new faucet. Then on top of that the backsplash arrived broken but because we didn't open open the package within 48 hours and file claim Eviva won't replace. The shipping carrier, Gold Coast, was suppose to notify me when they were delivering but they didn't. Just showed up while husband was on conference call for work and just asked him to sign after they left it in our carport. Didn't even bring it inside. The package weighted close to 300 pounds so it had to sit in carport till my contractor was able to install that's why we didn't open it right away but weren't aware of the 48 hour window for claims. When I did notify Eviva about the backsplash they acted like no big deal they'll send me a new one and asked me to email picture. A week goes by and no update so when I call that's when they decide to notify me of the 48 hour time frame and basically told me there was nothing they could do for me and can't even sell me a new one. Such a shame because we are about to remoldel another bathroom but after this experience I will be avoiding Eviva products. Not worth the headache!!!
