The product itself is great the issue is this manufacturer doesn't put the instructions in the box with the product so you end up having to send them an email asking for them this is a complete waste of time.

Do Not Buy!!!

Upon installation, it was discovered that the basin interferes with the internal drawer, making it impossible to install as intended. The basin's dimensions seem to exceed those specified on the product information. I reached out to the Aviva who provided very little help and told me that the sink would fit after i sent photos which showed it didn't. I ended up purchasing a new top and a vessel sink which cost me an additional $950 on top of the $900plus dollars i had already paid for the vanity.

Good product

This vanity is solid and very functional with plenty of drawers. Well built.

Good quality. Soft close drawers work great! Really hard to find a matching backsplash though. Not sure why it would not come with one.

TOP IS TOO SMALL

I purchased the vanity being a 30 inch vanity which it was and the top they sent was a 29 3/4 inch. My contractor even said now how am I suppose to get that to stretch over the vanity base. DONT BUY THIS! WORST COMPNAY TO DEAL WITH especially when something is wrong , its your fault not there's so SAVE your money and buy something else! Terrible customer service, will not help you one bit, even though you do everything they ask you to do, ! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Vanity top is so small

My contractor went to install my vanity and get the vanity in and mounted and went to install top and the top is to small. I have a 30 inch vanity and I received a 29 inch top. For what these vanities cost you think they would make sure you get the right one and a top that fits the vanity you purchased. I need a top that fits my vanity. My contractor said it is 2 inches to short as there is not even an over hang on the other side either. Contractor stated that there should be at least 1 inch over hang on either side and I got nothing. I need the correct top. As of right now save your money and purchase a different vanity. One with a vanity top that fits. I will update my review once I get a new top and this gets resolved but as of right now I stand by dont waste your money and pick a different one.

We ordered this vanity because of its numerous drawers. However the drawers are very very difficult to open and close. We received no response to our inquiry from the manufacturer.

Poor quality, Poor customer service. Stay away

You should avoid this unit and this company, Eviva. I was lured in by the description of the unit; it seemed to have met all my qualifications: hard wood, tonue-in-groove, soft close, marble top, etc. I spent just shy of $1000 for it (now I see why the price has gone down since then). My big mistake was allowing the unit to be installed by the contractor, plumbed in, adhered to a tile wall before I seriously looked at the construction. I wish I had rejected the delivery, lesson learned. Turns out, the two of the four drawers had their fronts glued-and-screwed on by baboons apparently. My contractor could not remove them to straighten them without breaking the drawer. The cabinet door was obviously repaired with very ugly white glue globs, very visible and unattractive. The drawers stick. It seems that they had a good unit by horrid, negligent quality control. We just spent 4 weeks in a back-and-forth discussion with the manufacturer. After a two week discussion in which they required odd things of me like measuring the doors (don't they know the specs?) and sending photos, they sent us 2 replacement drawers and 1 cabinet door -- I was astounded, really flummoxed to open the box and find that the cabinet door they sent was a different color from our unit, and the drawers had even poorer adhered front panels that would not even allow the drawers to close without hitting the drawer above and below them, with the edges sticking off the unit like stairs. They would not send another set of correctly constructed drawers and the right color door. Now we have to hire a carpenter to try and fix it. They offered to send me a new unit if I sent the old one back. I already spent money to get a contractor in, and now I should pay to have a new one delivered back to the store and they hire a contractor to install the new one? All they had to do was send the right parts....sigh. They ruined my reno

Big mistake.Poor quality, No Customer Service

Not worth the money. Very disappointing customer service. Badly constructed drawers and doors were finally replaced when requested with even worse parts (crookedly glued, mismatched paint). They would not resend properly constructed ones. They have non-existent quality control. After 4 weeks they offered to replace the unit if I sent the old one back, requiring me to hire a mover to get it back and a contractor to reinstall the unit. Instead we'll hire a carpenter to try and fix it. Don't do it!

Marble top

After paying almost $1000 for this vanity the marble top does not totally cover the vanity. Very disappointed.

Way overpriced for the quality

Don’t buy it. Not like the pictures

Misleading pictures. Bottom two drawers have a depth of 2” and a roll of toilet paper will not fit as shown in the pictures. The drawers to hold toilet paper was a selling point. Spent $1k and paid someone to install it and Lowe’s is offering a $25 gift card for misleading their customers.

This is an excellent Vanity

I was worried about ordering this vanity after reading some of the reviews.

Pictures are misleading

The bottom two drawers are 2.5" deep and will not hold a roll of toilet paper.

Eviva Acclaim 30" White vanity

I purchased this product from a picture that had shown the vanity in a bathroom, next to a toilet on one side & a white door on the other side & white floor trim behind it. The color should have been listed as off white.

The stone vanity top does not cover the vanity completely..

Great Purchase

I am very happy with my Eviva Acclaim vanity! It's a perfect size for my small bathroom and looks great with the clean white finish and marble top. The drawers and doors close softly, which is a nice touch, and everything arrived already assembled which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Overall, I would definitely recommend this vanity to anyone looking for a stylish and functional option for their bathroom.
