Good customer service but not-so-good packaging
1st box came and wasn’t cushioned appropriately. Had a good sized gash in the corner. Customer service reset a new one after I reordered but it too had a small scratch. I just kept it because we needed a mirror badly. It is pretty bit boxes come all beat up so more cushion is need especially for a mirror. Having said that, the scratch had to have been done prepackaging give how it was packaged so maybe better quality control.

I was a little leery about ordering a mirror online but seeing as how difficult it was to find one in a store that I liked, I had little choice. This mirror looked good "on paper" so I ordered it. It arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. It was easy to hang with two people and looks great on the bathroom wall. Very glad I purchased it!
