My mom loved this it's beautiful in the living room

Very well packaged and fast shipping. Cute curtain rod. The balls on the ends match the scones in my bedroom. I ordered the up to 120” length am very pleased. I had a minor issue Wayfair resolved it immediately! Stellar customer service which unfortunately I find to be rare these days. Highly recommend.

I have not put them up yet, but I did like what I saw when I opened the box. I am looking forward to them being up for the holidays.

This rod is so pretty. It is a pretty brushed gold with glass finials. It’s sturdy enough to hold heavy velvet black out curtains. Looks great in my granddaughter’s nursery.

They are gorgeous but 2 of the 3 rods needed repair.

Beautiful rod and looks great in my bedroom!

When I got the rods pieces were missing, the rods were scratched, some pieces were already put together wrong. Looks like I received an open box problem. One of the globes can’t be put on because it was put on without the screw so I can’t attach it to the bar. One is even bent!

I love these. They were a little confusing at first to set up, but once you figure it out, you’re good to go.

broken and bent

Ordered 2 rods and both rods were damaged as soon as I opened it. I was so excited it came earlier than expected. When I opened it, 1 rod was bent and the ball wasnt attached and the 2nd rod also had the ball unattached. very disappointed now i have to go to the store and return it.

eleanor curtain rod

When these arrived, the box looked like it had been man handled torn, ripped open . Possibly a return and taped up, but didn't hold.

Love the decorative glass ball accent. Unfortunately they did not arrive attached and no instructions or hardware to attach them. There were some flat head screws inside the rod, not in the hardware package. We figured it out but could of been noted.

Issue with finials

Finials came unattached. I was able to attach one of them but could not attach the second one.

Looks great! Easy to install. Perfect for my daughters room.

Scratches easily

Product arrived used (scratched, and hardware screws were clearly used as well). The rod is pretty but the white bar is covered in gray scratches after one day of use with grommet style curtains. It’s already up so it’s staying but I wouldn’t repurchase.

These work great! The only thing is that the glass balls are held by a tiny screw and it feel out in shipping and it took us for every to get it back together
