Third time is not a charm

Second time I order this and both times the wrong color sent. Inconvenienced twice to return to store as customer service would not provide shipping label to cover costs of shipping on a return that was their mistake. Wasn’t going to bother with trying a third time, so ordered from Home Depot who had it on sale at a cheaper price.

Very satisfied with this product; well-made and looks great! 5 stars to the company, too. We had an issue ordering the first time (received the wrong product), and the company reps were quick to fix the issue and show appreciation.

I like this curtain rod because it was very easy to use and set up. I like that it is adjustable and is a cute accent to any wall with a window.
