I'm 6'2"; when I sit with correct posture, and the chair is at its highest, my heels are just barely off the floor. I'm not really sure how short you'd have to be such that you couldn't comfortably sit in it at its lowest setting, though.
look elsewhere for comfort
sitting on this chair for more than 30 minutes at a time is extremely uncomfortable. It is like sitting on a rock. DO NOT BUY IT OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.
