These chairs were cheap and difficult to put together. The holes didn't line up, some screws were stripped, pieces were bent, the holes weren't drilled well so the screw had to be forced in and the material had to be maneuvered or cut around the hole so that the screw could fit.
Good chair
This chair is fine but it is NOT charcoal. Looks more like a sage or taupe and does not match the other chair in the room.
It is lightweight, yet sturdy.

Nice quality, styling, comfortable, good value, not difficult to assemble.
These chairs do NOT stack as was indicated on the purchase order. Too much trouble to take apart so will keep but really wanted stacking chairs.
Does not stack, but an okay chair
I bought 8 of these for additional seating in our conference room. They are comfortable and came with optional casters. The fabric is more green than gray. However, they do not stack. Two of the eight chairs were missing the hardware, which we received about ten days later, after two calls to Sam's Customer Service.

Great item. Bought these a while back and they have held up very well. Works very well as a guest chair in an office. It is very comfortable and looks like it is quality made. You always get great value with Overstock especially taking advantage of their awesome deals. Have bought from Overstock many times and they always treat me right.
