Prettt good quality, a few flaws.
It's a nice sturdy utensil tray however, the tip of the knives slide under the top piece of wood that separates each "cubby". It is a definite flaw in the design. The wood pieces should be glued tight to confine each space. Also, the gray color is as you see, chipping off.
I really like this and am glad I ordered it.
