Worked to hold a heat light
Worked to hold a heat light on the tub for our tortoise. Fits the tub inside the shower door. Locked it so it could not decrease in size with zip ties.

Manufacturing Defect
Bought to replace similar one that had begun rusting. This is fine, but there is about 1" - 1 1/2" of very rough "chrome". Manufacturing defect. Not going to return, but will probably begin rusting more quickly. Another reason why it's better for HD to stock more items. I could have seen this defect in the store and looked for one without a defect.
