Cats love it and easy set up
I never took out of box, may I please return?

plan on a few hours to assemble. I used the wire clamps on all 4 corners if each panel and it is very stable. We have a 13lb cat and he is jumping from level to level but so far it's holding up very well.
Great for kitten!
Got it for new kitten. He loves it! I worry the ramps don't seem to be the most comfortable for his feet, but he moves around really well on it. Allows him a lot of room to move around and he has lots of fun with it
Horrible
This cage is a nightmare to put together! It is so cheap! A hundred pieces, no real instructions. I cannot believe it received 4 or 5 stars. How on earth did anyone think this cage is worth the time and/or money. Buyer Beware!
Literal kittens only
I bought it on sale. Which is the main reason why I got this cage over any Else. When the cats are really young, it works OK. Cause they're not strong enough to break anything apart or heavy enough to send everything crashing down. The problem became when they got to be several months old. I have one cat that escapes almost every night. Multiple times cause he's strong enough to push the tops Open. strong enough to push the mesh grates out. I guess they've gotten heavy enough that they Find all the structurally weak points And when they sit on it, it sends the solid black pieces all the way down to the bottom of the cage. They flip out when it starts falling and they rip them open with their claws. The entire thing is constantly falling apart. You have to like pretty much disassemble half the cage and then redo it just to keep it together. They also don't hook all the way together. And all places which is kind of weird. I mean, once you purchase it and try to put it together. You can see where you can't put. Multiple levels together in one area cause the connectors Only go one way not up and Down where the levels would be structurally sound. They have somehow managed to break the metal pieces. Better meant to make the cage structurally. Sound like literally broken in half in the middle of the Metal rod. I'm not entirely but hurt. Because I only bought it to get my literal. Weak old kittens used to be in around gigantic dogs. And I didn't want the gigantic dogs to walk on top of them while they were so little So it has served it's purpose at this point. Basically, I wouldn't buy this if you have an older cat. That's larger, or if you're trying to buy it for full price. It's not worth it. If you have a small cat and a 1/2 price or something, and you're not continuously worried about them. Getting out why you're sleeping and getting into something go for it. I'm not that mad. It's not a good quality product though. I made it to the stage where I just have to start zipping things together just to keep the solid black pieces from falling in on top of them while they're trying to lay down..
Did not work
Poor construction not sturdy
this enclosure is great for what I'm using it for.I put 3 rescued indoor pigeons in it to provide different perch levels which, the shelves are great for plus plenty of room for flight in cage
Cat cage
Was a challenge to put together you need to get better clips for door closure 2 for each door but it is a great space for 3 kittens to play
Bought two one worked the other one won’t stay together.
Bought two identical. One fit together the other one would not fit together and continue to fall apart every single time you tried to put another piece on it. Ended up trashing it. It was absolutely pathetic. No wonder it was on sale for half price.
Cesign
Terrible design. Keeps falling apart. It would be ideal for kittens or multiple ferrets but not an adult cat. And I even downsized the height
Ok
I got it and it was pretty easy to put together and my rabbits loved but then one of my rabbits stuck her head through we had to cut the bars to get her out and if a rabbit can get there head through I kitten could to
Exactly as advertised
Item arrived on time with all parts and instructions. I didn't have the space for the entire pen, but I was able to downsize it to fit my space. I used the clamps to sturdy it and the zip ties in several areas. I am a 67 yo female and had no trouble assembling it by myself. I would definitely recommend this product.
Over priced
Paint wearing off already it was delivered on the 18th Thursday and assembled on the 20th Saturday. This product is very cheaply made. It's falling apart on some of the shelves. My sweet little Kitty weighs 3lbs 3 months old climbed to one of the shelves and it fell all the way down to the bottom. I would definitely not put older or heavier cats in this cage. I do not recommend this product it's not worth the money I paid for it and may not be safe for other cats. But I will donate it.
A love- Hate relationship
First, my cat loves it.... however, 1 of squares broke during assembly and 3 others broke after the cat started using it. It's very poor quality.
Best possible place for special needs cat
My cat can no longer roam free, so I have it indoors in one room; so I ordered your Cozy-Wow playpen, which I call a hi-rise. There are 4 levels where the cat can climb and jump.
Hard to put together. Bad instructions
Seems large enough, but very hard to put together. Instructions are not very good, and way too many pieces to figure out. Not very sturdy. Should have gotten one with wheels, so I could move it
I like the size so I can put a cat tree, litter pan and food water. The multiple shelving is also nice. More than enough places for two cats the lay. Only design flaw was the wire ramps provided that my cats kept knocking down. They lean instead of hooking in place.
Missing and uneven pieces
Almost done putting it together and realized there's a missing D piece. Also a lot of the pieces were uneven and hard to make it stay in the pegs
It's a pretty good playpen for our foster kitten; she learned real quick how to climb back down. Doors are a little small, so it's hard to get in there to clean or play, but overall it's great for the price. Easy to assemble, we didn't use the metal clips it came with, our hands couldn't handle the tool to tighten them, so we used zip ties on everything (we already had a lot).
