The basket is nice quality, however I’m very disappointed to see that the height is actually only 12”, not 16” as listed on the product details. I spent a lot of time looking for a basket that would be tall enough for my needs and this is not tall enough. I hope they can update the page to have accurate size information.

The product shown is a large rectangular bin. When in fact the item is more square and not large.
Nice but came broken
The storage basket is broken on the side. Joann makes it extremely difficult to return/refund. There is no telephone number listed for them, and there is no option to return/refund online.
