Love this item!! The quality is exceptional. There are two different looks that can be achieved, flat or sack. Thick heavy duty fabric. I received a lot of compliments on it. Also it is very gererous in size and I found it fits both artificial and real tree bases.

Fabric of good quality, great size for under large tree, laundering is easy to do in cold water and low heat to dry .

Pictures do not do this tree-skirt justice. Just put it in your cart and buy it. It is not washable but is worth every penny. It is thick, wrinkle free out if the packaging, and seems very durable.
