Beautiful addition to Fairy Garden

This waterwheel fountain adds motion and sound to our fairy garden. Because of the waterfall and motion it has become the focal point of the fairy garden. We added a float valve to auto fill the water feature from our sprinkler drip system. This keeps it from running dry from evaporation. We also added a gutter sponge cut to fit around the pump to keep the pump intake clear of small leaves and debris (other reviewer's issue). We are glad we purchased it.

Leaks, no response from customer service

Can confirm what the other bad reviews have said, the fountain leaks water through the base in multiple places, almost like it soaks through the base. Needs to be refilled multiple times per day.

Leaks, splashes, loses water

I have done everything I can think of, re-seal inside and outside, it leaks, or splashes out the water, or something is going on.

I love the item but it came today with a broken base unit which is what holds the water for the pond. Need to get a replacement. How is that accomplished?

Beautiful fountain , I really love it . Has a little issue with the wheel turning but it was a easy fix . I just wish it lit up , that would make it perfect !! Very heavy and sturdy , I think it will last a long time . I recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor living area...

Charming but totally impractical

It's really charming to look at, and right after you set it up and fill it, it seems to work beautifully, but it doesn't last. If you put it anywhere near any plants, fallen leaves and stems get sucked into the pump and you need to constantly clean it out manually. I relocated it to be further away from a messy tree; that only helped a little. It's supposed to go in a garden, right? The manual advises using distilled water. It holds several gallons. But it needs to be constantly refilled, more than once per day. Buying that much distilled water in plastic jugs is not economical, nor is it the eco-friendly fountain I had in mind. I'm going to look for something way simpler next time. It's cute enough as an ornament. I may prime it and run the pump once in a while on special occasions, but this isn't the round-the-clock soother I was hoping for.
