Disappointed

I was really excited about this furniture. I ordered 2 nightstands. One was ok but I was disappointed to see that you can see glue through the stain on the feet. The second nightstand had pieces that are not properly stained. I think people need to know that this is wood with a basic stain. It’s not a veneer and it does not have a seal over the stain. I wish I knew this before ordering because I would’ve most likely kept looking. It’s too late because this was furniture we gifted our children for Christmas and at this point we just want their rooms done. Some pieces also had scratches. I hope the company makes it right and sends me replacement parts.

Nightstand

Is this a real company? I have placed an order on 09/06. I haven’t heard anything from them yet. I have contacted customer service twice, but no answer. So disappointing!

Impossible to assemble

I've assembled quite a bit of furniture in my time and usually do it without any help. This piece required a rubber mallet to smash the pieces into one another. The grooves were too small, the rails too thick and pieces just broke off in the process. Most furniture assembly relies on screws and Alan wrenches. Things fit precisely. This was not that. The nightstand looks like a Frankenstein and it's super disappointing.

Nice drawer, cheap wood

A corner of the nightstand split off during assembly. Hoping for a return/refund.

Great quality wood, love the drawer feature its so quiet

After some self inflicted missteps

After some self inflicted missteps in assembly, it really did come out great and my son loves his big boy bed. Would recommend, but know assembly does take a long time, but certainly doable for the average person.

Stop do not use this company

Ordered on Feb 4th and I still have not received this part of my order and it’s now March 24th!!

Difficult to Assemble

This was extremely difficult to assemble and damage during assembly is likely. The wood itself is very soft. Easily scratched and dented. Not great, but it looks pretty with the bed.

Great set Any Age

I bought the full size bed, dresser, and night stand for my grandson. The color is beautiful it is wood construction. I am suprised at the quality and would buy again

Drawer keeps getting stuck

Let me start by saying I buy most of our kids' furniture from Pottery Barn Kids. I ordered this nightstand for our son's room because I didn't want to pay $300+ for a nightstand. Packaging was fine, but screws were missing and the drawer gets stuck every single time we open it.
