Sad Assembly At Factory!!!!

I loved the appearance of this all wood chest. During assembly, it was discovered that some screws were missing and there were splits in some of the drawer side pieces. After ordering replacements, assembly restarted. It was extremely disappointing to see it's appearance after it was assembled. The drawers would not close properly because the drawers and drawer runners didn't fit together. I am now going through the maddening process of contacting the proper authority for help with the problem.

Tall dresser

Love the dresser my husband was afraid that it wouldn't fit where I wanted to put it but I was right and it fit perfectly he thought that he was going to have to move the tv higher on the wall.but we had 5 " to spare. Love it !!!

Great dresser!

I love this item! I have the dressed in my daughters bedroom and use it regularly. Its is holding up great and looks wonderful. Easy to wipe down and put together. I would recommend this to anyone.

i like the dresser of the size that it is but i don't like how it came unorganized of not telling me how to put the drawers in and which way for it to go.

The chest is not sturdy. The wood is wood but it’s easily breakable. The drawers aren’t strong enough to actually fill them with clothing. Maybe halyfway

Don’t buy this unless you like to do hard stuff!

My son in law put it together for me. He was very frustrated because it took forever and made him weary and a little upset. He said that there were too many small unusable pieces. And said it was the worst he has ever done. So NO, I would not recommend this dresser because of the intense stress related to putting it together, and the time needed to do it. Although it is very beautiful in my bedroom, I have to fight feelings of guilt, because of my son in law’s stress and aggravation in putting it together.

An evil dresser

It is taking AGES to put this together. Materials are so cheap, nothing is pre-drilled, it's like drilling into solid rock.

Nice looking chest.

We are three female friends who have put together other pieces of furniture. This assembly took, collectively, many hours. We thought instructions somewhat confusing. But the end result was good and the chest of drawers looks nice. Being made mostly of wood was a big plus. When finally assembled it is very nice. But it could have better instructions and all parts should be marked. Putting the rollers on was surprisingly ok. We expected much worse.

Dresser is nice and solid. Markings on interior side walls were draw slides go need to be better marked.

Buy at Your Own Risk

I like that the dresser is mostly solid wood except for the back piece, however the 1hour assembly time from the manufacturer is a lie. There are many parts which are not clearly labeled.

I would not recommend this company to do business with.

The product took more than expected time to ship and it arrived damaged. The packaging was not appropriated secured. I am still waiting on the replacement parts...

The Worst Walmart.com Experience I've Ever Had

The seller had the WORST customer service. They have a recording for you to leave a call back number and an online form to send in. Nobody called or emailed me back after a week of trying. I bought this for my child' bedroom. Assembly went fine. All parts there, and pre-drilled holes were all good except for the inside panel for the drawer runners on one side were slightly off. Putting together was fine until we went to put the drawers in. All five were completely laughable. Crooked and wonky.....not one fit right. It must be the drawer tracks on the inside panel. The pre-drilled holes must be wrong. That's all I can figure for something to look this bad. Now I have to take the whole thing apart and somehow get it back in that tiny box in order to get my money back. Again! WORST experience ever. I'm done buying furniture that I have to assemble. And certainly not from this company.

Do Not Buy

This thing is a piece of junk. Horrible finish with scratches and dents all over it. Its real wood but the lightest, cheapest wood Ive ever seen a dresser made from. Id welcome particle board at this point. I attached a photo of a clear break in the wood from shipping. Tragic

missing directions and pieces

I like it is made of wood. However there were no directions included and missing pieces to build the drawers. I purchased 2 of these. I have only built one, but trying to decide if i want to build the 2nd or return it.

Decent dresser for price

Thought it would be a little easier to put together since it's not the cheapest one available. It's not difficult, just very time consuming. Extremely time consuming. It says it will take an hour to put together. It's probably closer to 3. But seems decent for the price, at the end of the day. Won't last forever but it's real solid wood and that's worth the extra money.

Dissatisfaction

Still working on building the dresser. I feel like it will be nice. However ImStill working on building the dresser. I feel like it will be nice. However, unpacking the materials out the box there was nothing protecting the wood from scratching each other. See the photos the outside surface is scratched up!! So sad :( as I dislike purchasing item at full retail for it to be already marked up! This is wrong!

won't buy again

For the price I cant complain. But other than that the product is very cheap material. when you put the drawers in there are noticeably big spaces in between some and then very tight to others. The drawer itself is not deep or sturdy so don't plan on putting a lot of clothes in them, they will break.

No hardware

This came with absolutely no hardware. This is the second one we purchased, so we had high expectations. Such a bummer!
