I've used R&F so many times. They inform you of the timeframe of delivery constantly and always hold up to it. The men are professional, polite and experts at getting furniture up a 15 step stairway with 2 landings and a very trick turn on turn.

I ordered the bed frame, two nightstands and a dresser. The dresser came within 48 hours. The bed and nightstands got lost in shipping and took another couple weeks to arrive. There was a little stain on the footboard fabric which is a little annoying. With that being said, the furniture is well built and looks great. Glad we made the purchase.
