Never Shopping Here Again highly dissapointed !

I bought this dresser and crib set for my daughter who is having her first baby. They were both purchased on May 13, 2024. The dresser arrived damaged. We contacted customer support through email and they asked for pictures, video and a picture of the production label on the back. all were provided and sent. once those pictures and videos were received all communications with their customer support team had stopped. My daughter and I sent various emails asking for updates, and no one responded for over 10 days. We recieved an email 2 days ago telling us that due to the earth's carbon footprint, they want us to keep the dresser and send us corners for the dresser. I replied with no thank you i want either a new dresser or a full refund plus the shipping. We have yet to hear back from them. We are going on almost a month of back and forths when this should have been a simple exchange or a refund of money. I will NEVER buy from Buy Buy Baby again! They have been horrible to deal with! BUYER BEWARE! If there were a rating for no stars I would have given them that because they don't even deserve one star!

Good dresser, great service!

This dresser is perfect for the safari-themed nursery we are designing! Very sturdy and drawers are secure. Delivery was very easy and convenient—they delivered straight to the nursery. There were some cosmetic imperfections (some discoloration and a chip), however buybuy baby’s support team was on it! They first confirmed the safety of the dresser, and then followed up by sending us a repair kit and a high chair to reconcile the issues we experienced. They were super responsive throughout the process and we are ultimately very happy with our experience!
