All the pieces was not in the package missing handles and screws

Mediocre at best

Package missing pieces. One piece not prepped properly and we had to do it. Not great quality - particle board. Hoping we can get missing pieces from manufacturer.

LOVE

This dresser is GORGEOUS! It literally looks like its from pottery barn and costs way more than it actually does. It is rather difficult to assemble, but If your up for the challenge it is super worth it!

Not to happy

Put this beast together only to find out the drawers don't fit in the tracks. Thought maybe we put them on backwards but no. The screws that attach the tracks do not go in far enough to allow the rollers to pass. I'll need to find flat screws to replace the ones it came with. For the price we paid it's not worth the headache. Been sitting in my bedroom like a big elephant for 2mos. Too bad, I like the look.

Proceed with Caution

This dresser is for my 2 year old so I wasn't looking for anything fancy but I expected a little better quality. When the wholes are accurately drilled/placed, it makes the completed product off. The finished result was soo tight getting the drawers in, I almost had to force the tracks together, which resulted in the occasionally scuff. I expect scuffs with time but not during the initial assembley. I even went back to see if I could make an adjustment somewhere but came up short. Also, because of the lack of hole placement on the drawers for the tracks, some of the screws wouldn't thread far enough into their spot, cause them to slightly catch when going by the wheel. Disapponted to say the least. I only gave it 3 stars because I've seen worse AND it functions and doesn't look like garbage.

Do not buy

Poor product and worst costumer service ever. Item shipped missing most of the million parts needed to build. Also not wood or even ply, more like 100% card board. Do not buy.

Looks Great!

Nice quality furniture, true to color as described on the website. It is a little smaller then expected, so be sure to measure it out to make sure it's large enough. The drawers are deep which is nice, and the quality of the plywood is great. The only thing I would ask for is extra screws on all screws that are included in the packets, some of them can break rather easily and the company does not include any extras. Also, Instructions are pretty easy to follow all the pieces were labeled correctly according to the manual.
