Solved a major issue
My other springform pans allowed too much moisture in around the crust. Even when double wrapped in foil to cook in a water bath. This pan created a nice crisp crust.

It leaks badly. I was very disappointed . I bought cookie sheets as well and they are lovely

Bought a while ago, Just unpackaged and washed today. It leaks! I am p!$$e6...and it had great reviews. What a waste of money!!!
