Poor Quality

One strap broke immediately as I was installing it, and it made a hole, so fake feathers went everywhere. No excessive force was used. We are returning it, so when I bundled it, another strap broke and fake feathers flew some more. Not to mention it was flat and not comfortable when it was on the bed.

First time online purchase

First time online purchase from Mattress Firm, and it could not have been a better experience. We have a feather comforter top, and we thought it would be a great idea to sleep on top of feathers, as well. We were not wrong. We have had the best sleep since getting this topper. The shipping was fast and the topper was exactly as described.

Not full with goose feathers or down

Another falsely advertised product form bed bath & beyond! This thing isn't filled with even 10% of goose feathers or down! It's all cotton! I'm comparing it to my current goose feather topper and it's a joke! I will not buy anything else from this website until they regulate their sellers! I've spent close to $**** this last month at BB&B and it's all garbage and every single item was falsely advertised

sturdy - It has been used on a guest bed and is still going strong. everyone who sleeps on it says it kept them warm and comfy all night long!

Does not fluff up to 3" as stated in title. I have down products, and this does not even come close to the 3" mark. I could get 1.5" at best with most of it being at 1". I spent a week trying to fluff it up. Nothing but wasted time. All I can think is maybe the one I received was defective, missing some fill??? Or, the fill was of super low quality??? I don't know. It was disappointing for sure. Returned it. Do not buy.

It is very comfortable, but not as thick as I thought it was going to be. Overall, I would recommend it.

I bought this 3 weeks ago. Lumpy hard and not at all what I wanted and expected as far as comfort. I bought one like the one i bought recently appx 10 yrs ago and I loved it. It is very comfortable and on my guest bed. Very disappointed with this purchase. I

Was not worth the price. Nowadays everything is more and cheaply made. Unfortunately costed more to return than keep. Will not buy anything again.

Too Flat to Make a Difference

It was too flat. Not soft or thick enough to make a difference on my hard mattress.

This mattress pad has really bought me more time on replacing an older mattress in my extra bedroom...thank you!

Don’t bother…

Was great at first, but within 2 months it flattened to the size of just a very thin blanket. Definitely a regrettable purchase, not worth the money.
