Good product; Great customer service

The chairs are great quality and look good in my home. The seat is very cushioned and comfortable to sit on. It feels sturdy and there are levelers on each leg in case your floor is uneven. They are also made of a material that won’t scratch your floors, which is appreciated. One of my chairs had an issue and I contacted customer service. They were extremely helpful and responsive and were able to send me a replacement after verifying the damage through photos and videos. The replacement they sent arrived just as quickly as the initial set of chairs and everything was perfect. I couldn’t be happier!

Just like it looks

Fits the style I wanted. Easy to assemble. Sturdy.

While I loved the images and went with the gray color - I should have looked more closely. The gray is more speckled gray, not a solid gray. I'm stuck with them bc the return date has passed.

Great bar stools

Got these chairs for my counter height bar and they fit perfectly. Had our 2 young granddaughters for a few days and the chairs wiped off nicely after meals.

Absolutely do not buy!

The quality is very poor and the backrest becomes loose and flimsy with no amount of screwing back in fixing this. I am super frustrated with this purchase after a few months and would never buy from this company again.

Very cute barstools, but my only critique is the price. Some of the barstools have cosmetic issues (stitching imperfections), and I think in that aspect it may not be worth the current price.

Beware of Targets return by mail processing

The one star review is for targets handling a return item by mail. The box had never been opened yet. They denied my refund without a reason. It took two days of following up through multiple channels to try and speak with someone about the reason the refund was not processed. Today I received an email that the refund was granted, but I learned a valuable lesson and that is do not return anything to target by mail!!

I be been on a quest for counter chairs for three years. None of the felt just quiet right. Until someone told me to look at Nathan James brand. I am so glad I did. These are absolutely perfect. Nice design, great quality, stylish. So glad I found them.

Good Quality

I was impressed with these barstools. The quality is nice which I’m always worried about when buying online. I love the return policy which made it so I wasn’t nervous to order in the first place. I will definitely be buying more furniture from here!

these chairs are just what we were looking for. the faux leather is super soft and can easily be wiped off. We love the minimalist look to them. Nathan James has the best customer service as well.

Great looking counter stools

Love these stools - exactly what I was looking for. They give my open kitchen a soft industrial vibe. Only downside was they took forever to assemble!

Nice sturdy stools

I purchased that as my counter top stools and also work there on weekday. It's nice, sturdy and comfortable as a daily use chair. It only took me an hour to assemble. Nice and easy.
