Find real wood shutters if you can.

Cheap piece of plastic for over 100.00 Cracked at the bottom but didn't want to wait again from another one to be ordered so I glued it back and used it.

Worse product EVER! Damaged. They sawed off the bottoms of the shutter and then glued them back on. Both glued ends came apart in the box. I would like them replaced immediately! Ordered July 27…received after numerous attempts on a much later date. Was emailed they would be here August 5th, August 16, August 26 and September 5th.

The product from Ekena Millwork was just great. All shutters fit fine on the windows.House now looks great.Thanks again-Kevin.

I shopped around and got multiple quotes before purchasing my 10 shutters with Architectural Depot. These were the best bang for the buck with great turnaround. Customer Service was excellent. They were always able to answer questions and provide details on product and order status. I’ll be back for all my home exterior product needs.

Get it right

I loved everything about this except for one huge problem, the new shutter is actually longer and wider then the old one. I don't know how it happened because I measured the old one, but now I have to order new shutters again because these don't fit.

Arrived earlier than expected.

I have a 1925 year old house and I was missing shutters for an upstairs window in order to match the other shutters. I found exactly what I was looking for with this merchant. I will buy from this merchant again. Good product and great service.

Although the product looks good when finished, there was a lot of flashing that needed to be trimmed off, one pair was not the same size (3/8" diff.), luckily the window was wide enough to hide the problem. Also inside glue lines were bulky and clumpy and in places barely attached. Clearly post manufacture inspection or standards were insufficient.

Vinyl Open Louver Window Shutters

Had to replace all the shutters on the Condominium Buildings during a repaint project. These new shutters look great and are easily installed. Only drawback is they are very expensive.

Do NOT order

These are advertised as “Lifetime Vinyl Custom Cathedral Top Center Mullion Open Louvered Shutters”. There is nothing custom about these shutters. When you order them in the desired size, the vendor crudely saws the bottom off to shorten it and then attempts to reattach it with silicone caulk. All four that I ordered were already coming loose (upon receipt) and poorly aligned. The store was easy to work with and refunded them immediately.

OUTSIDE WINDOW SHUTTERS

Good quality shutters--be very specific when choosing color, as they were a few shades off of what was posted on ad. Installation a bit trying, as plastic fasteners were too flexible, many bent during installation, not rigid --had to find replacement fasteners and paint them to match shutters. Got them up--and look good.

This product was made of sheet vinyl, less than 1/8" thick. The back of these shutters are totally open. if your house is brick or stucco or there are any gaps between the edge of the shutter and your wall, you will have critters making their home inside. And, of course, the no return policy means I stuck with 3 sets of useless vinyl. Oh, and I can't even upload a photo of the back of this shutter". (note that the company photos don't show the back.)

These are awful. It's almost laughable what a cheap low quality and flimsy product this is. I had my doubts but I trusted the positive reviews.

Custom shutters.

Because of their length I had to place a custom order. Little spendy but they were exact copies of my original shutters and came fairly quickly. Quality is good too.

Very happy with the shutters. Came with screws and plastic plugs. Very easy to put up. It looks great.

Best shutters ever

These shutters replaced the wooden ones that were put on my house when it was built over 40 years ago. They fit the space gray and look better Thabo the ones that were there before. They were easy to hang. They who be ready to clean and won't need to be painted. Very low maintenance.

Very pleased

Replaced 8 windows worth of old (cheap) vinyl shutters. These shutters are absolutely beautiful - high quality, very attractive, and they come with an adequate supply of shutter loks. I am so pleased with my new shutters each and every day I look at my house!

“Custom height”

Be careful when ordering custom heights. I was unaware that the process is actually cutting a longer shutter, removing the length you don’t need, then gluing it back together. Thankfully these shutters are far enough away from the others on my house so nobody will notice except me. Very very disappointed with the process.
