Inexpensive bathroom lighting boost

Our bathroom lighting was too harsh for makeup application and the like - we decided to change over to a 3000K type bulb (LED of course) and it made all the difference in lighting since we've also installed a dimmer. These go all the way from plenty bright to the softer lighting my wife likes for the above mentioned make-up activities. These are doing a great job for what we wanted them for.

Bought the “Daylight” color range which was perfect. Brightened the room but not like the harsh “Bright” color range.

Very happy with these Feit LED bulbs so far. Perfect upgrade to incandescent bulbs with brighter light.Bulbs stay cooler to the touch.

Good bulbs but I had to exchange for soft white. Bright white is very bright which is good - but not what I wanted this time.

They were brighter than I thought. And they don't get as hot as regular light bulbs.

Bulbs not working out of box

I bought the 60-Watt Equivalent A19 Dimmable CEC Title 20 ENERGY STAR 90+ CRI E26 Medium LED Light Bulb, Bright White 3000K (4-Pack) and only 3 of the 4 bulbs worked out of the box. I'd expect ALL bulbs to be working when NEW.

Would recommend the Energy Star rating for all light bulbs

So glad to finally find a bulb that meets the Energy Star standards in a 60 watt bulb. We found out the hard way not all bulbs are able to be used in enclosed areas. Wish the standard was "equivalent" across the board for all manufacturers - regardless of country of origin / manufacture.

3000K color temperature LED bulbs are harder to find than 2700K or 5000K LED bulbs. I was glad to find these.

We've had very good luck with Feit LED bulbs in several different base types. They dim well with the proper dimmers with no flickering. We like the color of the 3000K bulbs.

Good price for four bulbs. I installed two promptly. Both functioned as intended. These replaced 60 w incandescent bulbs. The new bulbs are more energy efficient and could last the rest of my life.
