I put three of these lamps in our bedroom ceiling fan light fixture. They run much cooler and put out significantly more light than the two original incandescent lamps and they still dim nicely. I’m very happy with them.

Don’t last very long.
These claim to last for years. I had two stop working after about a month or so, on very minimal use. If I had a choice I’d use something else. Wouldn’t recommend these, if you have other options.

This is a replacement for the same bulbs purchased within the last 2-3 years. The package says “lasts up to 13 years”. I hope this package lasts longer than the first package did. The bulbs began to flicker which made me crazy. Color is good, though.
