The product came with a defective chair arm but the company sent a new one in with no issue. Sometimes it feels a little unsecured and gets uncomfortable after a few hours, but I’ve gotten used to it. I don’t use the foot rest because it feels like it’s going to break.

the chaos itself is amazing and somewhat simple to put together, HOWEVER, hopefully it comes in good condition. i receipted mines worth a hole in it and the seller never contacted me about replacing it. seller not trustworthy.

My thirteen year old is delighted, and he was able to assemble it himself. Dad looked itnover to make sure, but it was clear with directions and included extra parts just in case.

Super easy to assemble and great quality. The massager part is a little inconvenient because it has to be plugged in to work.

Hard As A Rock

The chair is aesthetically pleasing, but there's no padding in the seat. It feels like you are sitting on concrete. I bought it because I work 12 hour days on the computer, but now I'm out 130 bucks. I am not satisfied with it at all. I tried to return it, but the closest FedEx store was 90 miles from my home.

Amazing purchase for gamer boyfriend

I got this as a gift for my gamer boyfriend. He set it up quickly and now he even naps in this chair sometimes. He loves it so much and I love the massager in it so much. You can remove it if you please, the foot rest is adjustable and all in all we are both happy with this purchase. Definitely worth the money.

Bought as a gift for my 11 year old son, this chair is great. Very easy to assemble and pretty durable. I have sat in it a time a two and it’s nice! Would definitely recommend or purchase again.
