We had to replace the tub filler after 2 1/2 years because it started leaking. Build's customer service was great and they sent us a new faucet at no charge. They have changed the design of the tub filler and it is now very cheap and flimsy.

The product shipped as scheduled and was received in perfect condition. We had it professionally installed and the contractor loved that the tub was in two pieces, making it super easy to level. Both the tub and filler faucet look great in our newly remodeled bathroom and the value was exceptional. In addition, the tub is super comfortable and relaxing! Perfect fit...

I decided to do a Master Bathroom upgrade and decided to go with a freestanding tub. I am over 6 feet and my maximum space was 66" and the rectangular trough design of the Jacuzzi maximizes length and also allows for a shared with a bubble bath experience. My contractor highly recommended Jacuzzi and their lifetime guarantee is a a product. leader. Jacuzzi customer service was excellent in helping me registrar the tub. This offer is great because it also include a solid and well-built tub filler from Jacuzzi. Final installation is still not complete but a close inspection and tub try out all passed with satisfaction. Delivery was prompt and professional. Even willing to place tub in garage.
