Plastic storage boxes ordered and fixed.
No problem with getting the broken box replaced. Customer service was outstanding and although the storage boxes were from a third party vendor, the problem was taken care of as indicated by my initial call to customer service.
Excellent! This is the second one that I have… This one cut into my finance and the other one dedicated to coloring pages for the kids!
Lid falls off
The lid has unattached hinges. They are open. Only way i can use it is by bracing it against a box or other item.

I had seen it in your local store but when I went back, it was no longer available - your employee suggested I look on line and I did - - there it was!!
The file box is sturdy, compacted and does not take up a lot of room. It holds my files nicely and I like the pen and clip section on the top.

I had purchased one a long time ago so I was familiar with the product.
Love the size. It is a bit thin, and one lid was cracked at the corner. I was able to use clear package tape to mend it.
Just what we needed to organize all the product manuals and appliance records for everything in the house.
Effective qnd lightweight
It’s sturdy without being heavy. Effective for its size and my purposes.
Hard to open
It is so difficult to open the latch for the lid that I have to return it. Too bad, nice otherwise.

this great for storing and organizing your documents. it is lightweight and easy to carry. The clasp is a little hard to open. this is deep enough to store art and crafts items or it can hold emergency items.
