Great decorative blanket

Great blanket for my guestroom. It’s a really nice quality color and very soft and it’s washable which was hard to find! The blanket is more for show at the foot of my guest bedroom bed. If it were to be used on a regular basis I don’t know how it would hold up because it’s very open in the wave and can lose its shape easily. I really very pleased with my purchase.

Beautiful blanket and color but just too thin to keep warm. Too expensive just for looks.

It was thicker than I expected and didn't drape as easily as I'd hoped, but it's still a pretty piece so I'll find a use for it.

Never, ever have I been a fan of synthetic fibers, so imagine my dismay when I received the charcoal throw as a gift from boyfriend. He did get the brand right, as Pom Pom is everywhere in my place. I could tell immediately that it was acrylic and l was surprised that they used that to make what would have been a super 100% cotton throw instead. Equally surprising was the price point for a synthetic item.

Not if you intend to use it.

I got the cream color. Initially the throw looked very cute and just as pictured. The open weave turned out to be less practical for actual use than a regular throw because toes tend to peak out and it stretches, but that was ok. Overall it was maybe more about aesthetics. Until 6 months later when it’s now looking quite ratty. The fabric is pilling and threads coming loose. I hate to think what the markup is on this, thin knit rolled and loosely knotted. For the price I’m very disappointed. Not so cute laying on my sofa anymore, just a cute trick on me. I certainly won’t be purchasing the new throw from this brand.

Worth the $$

A coworker once told me, when she was online shopping for a blanket, that you need to spend good money to get a good quality blanket. This was my first blanket splurge and I do NOT regret it. We have spent stupider $$ collectively on the growing mound of low quality blankets that are collecting dust around our house. I am so thrilled to finally have one beautiful, great quality blanket as a constant on our couch that is not only unbelievably cozy, but that will also act as a decor piece.
