It's okay for portion control
The measurements are pretty rough and seem a little inaccurate but it will do the job for soups, beans, other foods high in liquid. But for solid food like pasta it isn't great.

Healthy Living containers w/two ice packs
Lightweight. Very easy to clean. Don't take up a lot of room on my shelf or in my cooler. Great buy for the money. Set of four only gets two ice packs, though.
