Ceiling Medallion

Basement renovation and creating a Theater...wanted a decorative ceiling medallion to be part of formal old-time theater...LOVE LOVE LOVE. I hand painted to match the decor, it was easy and the paint held and has lasted beautifully.

Spectacular medallion

We installed this medallion in a formal dining room setting. The crystal chandleir was incredible but once we added this medallion to the ceiling above the long dining table it into one of my favorite rooms in the house. It was simply stunning and spectacular. By far the best piece we have ever installed.

Gorgeous Ceiling Medallion -Lousy Packaging

We love this ceiling medallion so much, we ordered it twice! We ordered it about 10 years ago when we built our current home and now we're building again and wanted the same look in our Formal Dining Room. However, when it arrived this time, it was packed in a huge wooden crate - you'd think it would be safe. Because of the weight (of the crate) it was clearly lifted by a fork lift at some point and tip of the medallion was punctured in 5 places!! Fortunately, all the pieces were there and we were able to Super Glue it back together but we were very disappointed in the packaging. We didn't want the hassle of sending it back and waiting a month to get a replacement, fearing the same thing would happen.

Diamond Medallion

Looks antique -- displays beautifully in a room filled with antique furniture or reproductions. Comes already finished and can be cut into two pieces from the factory if needed to wrap around a chandelier already in place. Looks lovely installed.

OMG

Definitely a show stopper! I had this medallion installed in my living room and it continues to be a conversation piece. Visitors assume that it must weigh a ton and had to have cost several thousand dollars, but I know differently.

Melchor Diamond Ceiling Medallion review.

We really like the look of the medallion. It is as expected from your web site. The method of packing was extensive since I did not have a problem, like others, with any part of the medallion being broken in shipment. It was encased in a wood frame with cardboard. There was only 1 spot that needed fixing but it was minor and drywall mud worked. It just took a little time. Glad to see it was in 1 piece considering other reviews. However, FedEx shipping was very slow! I did not like paying $70 for shipping, at all, and receiving it late with a dimple. Next time try using UPS. I imagine the reason for a $70 shipping cost is all the damage reported in previous reviews so the need for the extensive wood frame shipping format. I should not have to pay extra for FedEx not knowing how to do their job. I plan on ordering again. Please consider finding another shipper like maybe UPS. Don't know if they will be different but if you have not tried please consider it. And please don't sell my email address or put me on any email solicitation lists. Thank you!
