High quality chair. Backrest sits about mid-back and we didn’t like that. Had to pay 150 return shipping so be sure you absolutely want it. Otherwise it was a good purchase

Fantastic Chair. Really well built and sturdy. The wooden ones that came with the table fell apart but these go great with it and I know they will last

The chairs seem well made and very comfortable and yet are fairly lightweight and easy to push in and out from the table. Easy to attach the seat with a screwdriver.

We ordered 6 for our dining table. We needed something sturdy that would last. The chairs are definitely great quality and easy to clean and work for our family.

Nice sturdy chairs

My issue is that the seats had no pilot holes to install the seats to the frame. Secondly the slides on the bottom of the legs are white and the chair frame is black.

Good sturdy Chairs if you are a bigger person. One issue I have is the seat doesn’t have any pre-drilled holes so you have to line it up correctly or else it will be off center.

Good chair. Solid so it won't break. Only issue with the chair pad - it does not install well (there is no good solid connector) so it falls off when the chair falls.

Happy I purchased

Nice solid chairs. I like the cushion in the seat as well as the strong metal feel. My first order they forgot the seats but quickly fixed the issue directly with the manufacturer.

I really like my chairs. The only complaint we had was there was not pre-drilled holes in the seats. I had to sit on them while my husband used his drill to put the screws in. They were well packaged and they are comfortable to sit in for meals and conversations.

Very easy to assemble, only need to attach seats to frame. The chairs are very sturdy, and go great with our wrought iron glass topped table. Chairs are comfortable. Very pleased with this purchase.

Not designed for sitting for long periods

It is certainly a sturdy, well-built chair which I think would hold up well, but it is not comfortable as a desk chair. The seat is pretty hard. And for my particular desk, not tall enough.

Sturdy and nice looking

I love these chairs! I bought them to replace my old dining chairs which had broken. These came 2 per box and packaged really well. All I had to do was screw on the seat. There are no predrilled holes, so they are a perfect fit. They are incredibly sturdy as well. I got the black ones and I must say, they look really nice. I have already had compliments on them.

Durable

I bought six of these chairs almost 3 yrs ago and I'm very satisfied. They're sturdy and the design is simple but presentable. I've had chairs of other make before that the welds came apart easy. That's the main reason why I've searched you on the internet again and bought 4 recently. I'll definitely pass the word to my friends and family to go to your place if they need a satisfying experience of owning your product. Your engineering design of these particular chairs is awesome. It's perfect. Durable. Reasonably affordable. Thank you for having them.

Solid, heavy duty metal chair. The finishing is not high end, some discoloration at the welds and other minor blemishes, but if you like an industrial look it's fine. The seat doesn't come with pilot holes or any guides for placement, so be prepared to line it up, mark the spots for screws and drill pilot holes. Wood is nicely finished. Packed well with foam wrapping all around. Overall a heavy duty, attractive, very serviceable chair, at a good price.

There are no pilot holes for the screws. The metal tabs the screws go through are not at equal height above the wood and I needed to buy a couple longer screws seprately. Easily scratched. Plywood seat was steam formed and the bottom was cracked.

No instructions, cannot figure how to assemble it

Came with no instructions. It is either missing something or they expect me to be able to drill holes in the seat, which is shipped not yet connected, in order to screw the wooden seat to the metal frame. There are no pre-drilled holes in the seat. It looks like it would be a really nice chair, if I can get it put together, which is debatable.

Product was what I expected!

I was able to recreate the look of stool I already had. I was a little disappointed in the quality, a couple of chairs had rust showing through the clearcoat on the finish, but other than that everything was great. I did not inform the company figuring I as the one who put them together will likely be the only one to ever notice.
