Good chairs

My clients love the chairs in the salon. The directions were difficult for me to understand, but we got them done. They are very sturdy so far.

Poor customer service

I bought six chairs because i needed six and one was missing the hardware to assemble the chair. I called and the only solution Walmart had was to send back the chair.

Fast Shipping and Perfect Chairs!!

I bought 2 of these chairs a month ago and I cannot be happier! They look so good in my salon suite. They are sturdy and get soooo many compliments! I highly recommend, if you are thinking about buying these chairs DO IT!!!!

Chair came in missing a part. Instructions are horrible. Will be returning.

Receive the wrong legs, but after love the chair

Eventually I did fall in love with the chair, but was sent wrong legs and no instructions, received correct legs almost 10 days, than had to wait about another week for the instructions, took about 2 months before I could enjoy this chair

Not happy and trying to resolve it isn't easy

I ordered 3 and on one if the chairs i got two left legs and no screws or assembly pieces.

Kids love it.

My girls absolutely love these chairs. I purchased them for their school/office because my oldest is homeschooled.

Bad design or defective

I ordered one chair and it came without all the screws indicated. The directions were inadequate and there is no possible way the legs can go together and work on this chair. Thinking it was just defective, I ordered a replacement and it was the same way. Returning both of them.
