Poorly made chair is overpriced

This chair is a rip-off. For $400, you expect it to be braced by metal at the very least. The back of the chair has no brace, its held up entirely by the two arms, each with two bolts. Those bolts are attached to cheap wood inside, not even metal. I loved the look as high back, fabric chairs are rarer than mesh, but this was not worth the price.

Good Chair

I wanted a full back that had the reclining (for relaxing) and locking forward (for computer work) features. Assembly was easy.

Very comfortable so far so good easy to assemble.

Chair lowers every 5 minutes!!!!!!!

This chair lowers every 10-15 minutes and has to be readjusted! So Annoying! I bought it in March 2021. I noticed it around May 2021. It is so distracting that I am now forced to find another chair. I decided to write a review. I am 5'5" and 10 pounds overweight so I cannot blame it on my weight! I do not recommend buying!

Not perfect, not bad.

Chair is decent, but the lift sinks slowly. I will monitor and may need to avail the 2 year warranty to replace that part.

So poor quality of chair after two months use

Please don't waste your money. I have never seen this bad quality of chair ever. So disappointing.

poor foam quality

The density in the seat cushion is very low density. I weigh 185 pounds. and within a single day the foam in the seat cushion had completely flattened. It feels like I am sitting on the plastic shell. Unless you are willing to shell out another 40 bucks for a gel seat cushion, this chair is a no go.

Noisy Chair

Really like the chair however it creaks and clicks everytime you sit down in it. Even with movement it makes a clicking noise. I work in a business of furniture repair and had a tech look at it but to no avail nothing can be done. Poor manufacturing. It is comfortable but noisy.

Disappointing

Scratchy material, the seat is not comfortable at all, the back is fine. Sometimes is a bit rocky, not steady as should be.

Love my new chair!

I just got my new home office chair today. The box came a bit worn, but all pieces were intact without any damage. It took 2 people to assemble about 25-30 minutes. The “hardest” part about the assembly is aligning the screws for the seat handles onto the seat and the back. Besides this very minor thing this entire seat was a breeze to put together. Instructions are only drawings, no words. They can be found under the chair cushioned seat. The back is nice and tall, just like the promotion says. The actual seat is nice and firm, versus a pillow soft seat, which I do not prefer. I highly recommend. For the price I doubt if you can find another in its class. Love, love, love. Thank you Walmart.

Disappointed with the quality

I had this chair less than 9 months and the material on the chair started coming apart at the seams.

Large chair for student

Chair is huge. More for a gentleman, I bought it for my college student and she said it looked like an airline seat. So my hubby got a new chair. It's very comfortable. Takes 2 people to assemble. Up close photo of fabric.

Realistic

good but does not rock back. spring is way too strong to rock back. Got it adjusted all the way to theeasy rock setting.

A comfortable, long-lasting chair

I bought this chair for the first time 7 years ago. The 1st one was fine but it broke a little under 2 years after I bought it. I liked it enough that I contacted the company to see if I could get some replacement parts for it. Since it was under 2 years old, the company sent me a whole new chair to replace it for free. The arm of that 2nd chair just broke today when I leaned it back too far. That was over 5 years after they sent me the 2nd chair so I'm buying the 3rd chair from them today.For level of usage, I've worked from home for over 15 years

I bought this chair for my temporary work from home office and it definitely did the job. Not the most comfortable chair to sit in for 8-9 hours a day, but definitely not the least comfortable either.
