Arms are too low

Crap pleather falls apart

I loved this chair for the features for about three years. Then the crap pleather started peeling first around wrinkles, then almost all over. It looks horrible, with black bits flaking off all over the floor. I've seen some bad pleather before, but this is atrocious. Making a chair that's disposable after two years is inexcusable.

I liked this chair until the pleather all peeled off. Looks bad and leaves a mess. Only lasted two years before peeling.It's king of warm and sweaty in the summer.I liked the functionality. The reclining and the footresr.But it's not usable with ugly pleather, need to throw it out.

Too expensive

chair is too high It makes too much noise when I move it, sit on it or lay on it. After 1 month, leg rest was difficult to lift open. I'd pay $100 for this chair, it's not worth $200.

Chair would be comfortable for a child.

Chair is too small. Foot rest is too short for an adult.

Left on my steps in a heavy box in the rain! (Should hve been broght by the installers.) They put it together nicely. As to the chir: GOOD that armrests go easily under the table/desk, seat comfortable. BAD that leg "rest" is useless, hard to move; a nuisance.

Broken foot rest

Great chair but the foot rest is now stuck in the closed position!

It was okay. I really wish there was an example on the floor. This chair is not as comfortable as it looks for those with arthritis. It will have to do for now, but I am still shopping around for a better office chair that's much more comfortable than this. If you're not going to spend hours at a time in this chair at your desk, then this could be the chair for you.

Meh

The armrests on this chair sit entirely too low. I had to purchase armrest pads so I can work comfortably while typing and using the mouse. Other chairs that do not have adjustable armrests do not sit this low.

I think it's great if you are a tall person....

I think it's great if you are a tall person. But I was too short for the chair to be comfortable. It was also not white at all, more of a cream or tan color. I ended up returning it.

The chair is not comfortable, the foot rest is for a midget? I made a wrong choice, 2 months after very little use of this so called leather chair, started shedding skin like a snake ?

I never thought I’d find a nice looking office chair with a foot rest and recline option that still looks and functions like an office desk chair. I am highly satisfied with the product. I think it is comfortable. It isn’t narrow so I can sit criss-cross applesauce when needed. There are some work days where I’m at the computer for 12 plus hours and having the ability to change positions (more than one recline level) and put my legs up makes this chair the favorite over the many I’ve had over the years. Assembly was simple. All partspieces intact. 1010 would buy again.

The plastic caps on the chair arrived broken. It is difficult to raise and lower the chair with the lever because of its poor quality.

This product is a piece of CRAP !!!!

1. Base of chair made of very cheap plastic - not meant to bear weight. Wheels are plastic with a metal spike which is supposed to "click" into the base but they never stay in.
