It's a chair...

The chairs we ordered arrived with several chips in the gray-painted areas of the armrests. One of them was missing the washers for the base bolts. We went and purchased a few from our local Ace, and the chairs do work as they should. It's just a bit disappointing that quality control is clearly lacking at the manufacturing plant.

Not allot of cushion. The seat is pretty hard. However, good lumbar support.

UNCOMFORTABLE

I bought this chair mainly because of the reviews. This chair is uncomfortable, I am 5'8 150lbs long legs and the seat base is way too long, I can't sit in it comfortable without laying wayyyy back you have to be a giant over 6' tall to sit in this comfortably. The cushion is not adequate for sitting 8-9 hours. I just ordered a 4" foam topper, if this doesn't work this chair is going in the trash, because I can't return it without the box!

Nice Looking but not Comfortable

I purchased this chair a few months ago, I am working from home and trying to get comfortable in this chair, Its seems too big, I am 5'8 and the seat base is too deep, I have to put a pillow behind me to lean into without a pillow leaning back in the chair is way too far. The seat is not cushioned enough to sit for hours. For the Price I expected a lot more! I wish I could send it back.

It was not the quality I thought it was going to be very loose and why were you even after put together properly

Dont buy this chair

Chair is kinda uncomfortable when sat in for more than 3 hours. Super squeaky, cant move without it squeaking. The white stitches make it look cheap. If I'd seen it in person I would of passed.

Easy to put together. Husband loves it!

LOVE the lumbar support on this chair and the padded arms are really nice too. These are great executive office chairs and they hold up very nicely.

Have duct tape will hold

Top left arm rest will not line up with bent hole on frame of chair. Ordered one factory defective, ordered another one same problem. Took both back to Walmart and bought a chair from another company.

Great chair

The chair was easy to put together, looks great, is comfortable (love the lumbar support), it tilts nicely, and the lift has nice range. Definitely a good buy if you're considering a new chair.

For The Price, Unbeatable.

Having switched from a old cushioned office chair that lacked lumbar support to this chair has made a huge difference. My back is more comfortable for long programming sessions and the height of the chair makes for more comfortable typing. The only complaint would be the padding in the arms, which could use more sponginess.

Amazing Ergonomic Chair

Just received two of these chairs. They were easy to assemble in 10 minutes or so. Sitting in the chair is a real treat. If you need good lumbar support - this is the chair. I am very impressed!

Great Chair

Great chair. Very comfortable. looks great and very good quality leather. The pic on Bizchair is a very accurate pic. Easy to set up if you follow the directions. 10 minutes if you are good at reading easy directions. Very little muscle is needed to get the back of the chair aligned with the seat holes... the price is outstanding for the product. no tax,

Looks nice but questionable about functionalibilty

The chair looks nice and feels goods, but I question some of the methods the designers engineered the assembly as the main stump of the chair sets on-top of the caster platform and the overall rigidness and durability of the product.

Great Lumbar And Posture, Good Value

This chair has great lumbar to put your spine in its proper posture. It isn't a $300 chair with metal parts, but the plastic seems heavy duty and should hold up in my office. For the price, it is a great value.

Very good product

It arrived packaged better than I have seen. Went together easily and looks great. Very comfortable, everything I expected plus more.
