Broken in box.

Part of the plastic on the base was broken in the box. Attempting to return.

I finally got a chair lol.

I brought this chair because I needed a chair for work. I sit on the chair for 4-5 hours for work.When I received it, the parts will wrapped carefully, however, there was a small bag that had all of the variety of screws/ screw caps falling out. (Make sure you open the box carefully in a clean and spacious area so that you can set aside the chair pieces and locate the screws.) The paper instructions included were only pictures that labeled the parts by number and with that the instructions were in the form of pictures showing you what labeled parts were needed for each step.The various screws are not labeled or in its individual labeled bags, so I think the seller should consider putting the different parts in their own individual bags, so others know which part is which number.Overall, the instructions were straightforward if you are able to understand picture like instructions. The chair feels great after setting it up. Also, the chair arrived just as pictured. I chose the burgundy color! Less

Comfortable Chair

This chair was perfect for my space and fits well under my desk. It took two of us to put it together, but once done, it was easy to make fit to my 5’3 height. It raises up and down, so my feet can be firmly on the floor and my is back supported. The color to compliments my office. Its really hard to find a black and white rolling chair. Glad I found this one.

Small but comfortable

Once put together, the chair was smaller than it looks in the picture. For the price, it is a good buy. The back is comfortable, as I was looking for a chair with a mesh back without the lumbar support. Those are hard to find. The seat pad is not terribly thick and is firm (not soft but this is what I was wanting. Arm rests are not adjustable, which is not a problem for me, but just an FYI for a potential buyer.

THE BACKREST BOTTOM BOLT HOLES DONT LINE UP UNDER THE SEAT BECAUSE THE ADJUSTIBLE BASE PLATE IS TOO CLOSE. ( PHOTO COMING SOON)

Great chair for the price

Comfy chair even though it's mesh base. This chair shouldn't peel like my old leather one did.The mech backing is comfy yet firm.The chrome base and arms are sturdy.Overall, great chair for working from home.

Highly recommend this chair it is beautiful and great value!

I work from home and I have a cheerful, sunny looking office I did not want a dingy dark looking chair. The color is great, it is very comfortable and it has a great range for adjusting the height. My husband wanted me to order a $700 chair made by a known furniture maker... I did not want to spend the money and I did not like their colors. This is simply PERFECT!!!!

The chair seems ok. Easy to put together. It's a good looking chair. I'm testing out how to best use it (height-wise with a foot stool at times since I'm 5' tall) to avoid back discomfort. I bought this chair because it had a maximum height of about 25". That's what I wanted and had a hard time finding. I can sit at a desk or a short drafting desk.

I would buy more of these chairs

Frankly, I was shocked at the condition of the box when it arrived. It was clear that someone else had ordered then returned this, because there was secondary wrapping that re-sealed the box. Upon opening, it was obvious that the parts had just been dumped inside by the original purchaser. How do I know this? Because not only were the parts not re-fit into their interior packaging, but the shipping box was damaged *from the inside*!It was also apparent that upon receiving the return, this company just re-sent it to me without evaluating *why* it was returned nor even to look inside at the chair's condition. Let's just do a little critical thinking here - if someone returns an item to you, wouldn't you at least examine it to see that all parts were present before re-shipping? Obviously this company does not view this as good business. They just re-ship to kick the problem down the road towards another customer.I don't know if I like the chair or not. It was never pulled from the box - I am simply returning an item that should never have been shipped to me in the first place. So I can't review the chair, but if possible I'd give a negative 5 stars to this company. Walmart should re-think their agreement to market this company's products. Less

Love it, but...

I loved my chair! The color added just the pop I was looking for. I loved it so much, I purchased a second chair. That one was fine until I tried to put in the last two screws. They were stripped and just kept spinning around. I called the telephone number listed and got disconnected eight times before the telephone even rang! I ended up purchasing longer screws from a home supply store. Thank God, they worked.

Good desk chair, but maybe not worth the price.

Very easy to put together and nicely sturdy. Would have probably expected a little more comfort for the price of the chair, but it looks very nice and the color is great (burgundy). One thing is that I wish the armrest height could have been adjustable.

Beautiful Chair

I bought this a couple of months ago and love the look.It does, however sit way too high for me. I am only 5 feet tall and it doesn't adjust to a lower height like my office chair at work does.it's pretty but really needs to lower at least another 2 inches. I gave it to my family and use a kitchen chair at the computer now.
