Update - August 2024 - never got a call back from Wayfair, nor the supplier about the arms. I was willing to purchase new arms but no show from you!

So far, so good. VERY easy to assemble (took about 15 minutes). Im 52 and this chair is perfect! I love that you can adjust the arms up down, the back adjusts up down so the lumbar support hits in the right spot. This chair adjusts high enough that Im level with me desk now, which was not possible with previous chairs Ive tried. I thought the seat was kind of hard when I first sat in it but the longer I sat in it, the better it felt. It doesnt bother me to sit in it all day while Im working. If anything changes, Ill update my review but so far, Im happy with this chair.

Well built chair with good lumbar support, many adjustments. It's easy to put together and everything works. Subtract one star for not having enough seat cushioning toward the back and it's already flattened after a couple weeks, much more for the thighs in the front. If I were wider, it may be more comfortable as the cushioning on both sides don't serve me.

Great chair! I read tons of reviews on chairs and have been looking a long time. I wanted a white chair to match my new desk and ergonomic comfort. I wanted swivel arms and this has swivel arms and 3 different ways to adjust height and back. I have a sway back so this was another need. So many chairs offer one or two items but not everything. This chair has it all and is not expensive!!! The red is fun and it was not difficult to assemble. I am so happy with my purchase. Wayfair never disappoints!

OMG!! This chair is amazing!!! I am usually very hesitant to buy furniture without being able to sit on it. The reviews that others left were very helpful. I needed something with lumbar support and short seat. It is the most comfortable chair I have ever had. The chair has so many adjustment points that any size body should be able to find a comfort setting that fits them to a T. I spend a lot of time at home playing board games on the computer or crafting in my craft room. I bought one for my computer desk to try out but just bought another one for up in my craft room because it is soooo awesome! The chair is built solid and very minimal assembly is required.
