Poor Quality

We bought this Office Chair for a person of small size. The chair leans to the right, has no padding. The person using this chair weighs 110 lbs. very disappointed.

Uncomfortable

I asked my company to order this chair for me based on the look of all that cushioning. However, the actual chair has very little cushioning. It's like I'm sitting directly on the wood. When I push down with my finger directly in the middle of the seat, it depresses maybe a 1/2 inch before hitting the hard base. And don't be fooled by the multiple adjustment levers on it. It doesn't come up high enough to comfortably sit at my desk (standard height) and the other levers either tilt your knees forward or lean the seat back; not something I do when working.

Works for my remote job

This chair is easy to assemble and is totally customizable. I'm a shorter female and wanted a chair that allowed my feet to touch the floor which this chair does. But I also wanted something that wasn't too deep and this chair fits my body well. I can sit up super straight or recline if I'd like. I also love that even the arm rests are adjustable up and down. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is bc it did come with a small tear in the chair back and also bc while it's not uncomfortable, it's not as plush as I'd like. But it's priced well for what you get. I used an overstock coupon so I recommend doing that to save on it. I paid around *** out the door.

Great Office/Task Chair

Picked this chair up for my wife since she is WFH and the chair shipped quickly, was well built and easy to assemble. This is a much better chair for the price from BizChair than you will find at the big box stores, this chair is up there in quality with the expensive chairs work purchases. It is a great value at regular price and even better at the sale price.

Missing parts

East to assemble and comfortable, but the problem is it only came with one arm. The main chair components came in 1 box, 1 arm came in another. Initially I thought it was left out of the main box so another was sent in separate box, nope just one arm all together. I called the 1-800 number and am being sent another arm.

Good Value

I sat in a lot of chairs at office supply stores before making this purchase. Almost all force you in slighly leaning backwards work position. This one has Offers almost unlimted adjustment angles. And holds positon well. Only drawback is the seat cushion is thin. I bottom out to board chair board. I have “after-market” seat cushion on top. Still happy with it, especially for the price.

Auful quality

Easy to assemble, regular chair, comfortable enough, nothing special. BUT. Armrest cracked to pieces in about a month. For almost $*** it's just ridiculous. My elbows and shirt sleeves are getting caught in these cracks and I'm afraid shirts will simply get ripped. My previous chair lasted a decade before material started cracking.

Bought this chair for my 11 year old grandson for his home desk set-up. He was so excited to get it, he put it together by himself. It is well made. It is adjustable and the arms are padded. It fits him perfectly! He says it is very comfortable.

Nice chair but,,,,,,,,

I seen other reviewers not liking how the back of the seat tilted forward. I'm surprised the manufacturer didn't fix this error. Like another earlier purchaser, I cut off about 3/16 chunk of steel off of the bracket holding the back rest under the chair where it connects to the seat. It over laps with the tilt bracket causing the back rest to lean inward. Other then that it seems like nice chair for price compared to the fabric chairs. Now we see how long it lasts !!

Shoddy, Cheap, Falling apart after four months

I purchased this in late March, it was delivered in early April. It's already falling apart. The seams on the seat pan are splitting. The cushioning on the seat pan is already flat. The back of the chair is stuck at a 25 degree angle. The back of the chair has also sunk to it's lowest position and somehow gotten stuck there - I can't dislodge it, even with a hammer.

Not Happy With Purchase

The Service and delivery were fine. The product was definitely NOT the quality that it appears in the photo. It looks like a well padded/cushioned chair, but it isn't. I feel like I am sitting on a piece of cardboard, covered with fabric. There is no padding at all. The color says burgundy, but it is deep purple. If I could send it back at no charge to me for shipping, I would do that. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Beautiful but not functional.

If I only had to look at the chair I would be happy with it. It has a really nice appearance. Unfortunately, I will have to sit in it and this is the most uncomfortable, poorly designed chair I have ever tried to use. I would rather sit at my computer on a folding chair. The position of the back requires me to sit completely upright and pushes me forward so the edge of the seat is in the middle of my thighs, and I am only 5 feet 4 inches tall. The seat is pitched forward as well. Even the armrests are pitched forward so that my arms slide off them. I am a Certified ASE Auto Technician and I know how to put mechanical things together, so it is not assembled incorrectly. I am on my way to the hardware store to buy different screws and a bunch of washers. If I can't make this chair work it will be going back to Walmart.

simple and flawed

i had to take out the dremel and cut of a huge chuck of steel off of the bracket holding the back rest. under the chair where it connects to the seat, it over laps with the tilt bracket causing the back rest to lean inward. this causes bad posture and seems like a huge design flaw. i have some skill in engineering and this overlap serves no purpose what so ever. its a simple chair, soft and cozy but i would desire it to lean back farther. just a personal preference. its over priced for what your getting, cause its not real leather and it does not say that on the web site.

Padding compressed after 6 months

Loved this chair when I got it. Took a little getting use to. Took a month or so to settle on settings I likes. Love all those settings. Seemed OK for 1st three months and then noticed the padding in the seat was compressing badly. I noticed the back compressing shortly thereafter. The right side of the back is near flat and the left side not nearly so compressed. The chair became hard to roll after 4 months. Not sure if it is the casters or my carpet. My old chair never had this problem (gave it up after 12 years of use similar to what this one is getting and located same place).

Wonderful chair!

This chair is amazing. It provides firmness with just the right amount of padding so I no longer hurt when sitting. I work at home and sit 8+ hours a day, so I have to be sure the chair I use is just right. I bought this chair as a replacement for my last one of four years. This chair actually fits my desk better than the old chair and is much more comfortable. I had bought another chair elsewhere for double the price of this chair and sent it back because it did not fit me well and was too "plushy." It is truly a challenge to get a chair when you are 5'1" and have scoliosis with a leg length difference.

Seatback constructed or sewn wrong, had to return

CONS: Very disappointed, after spending an hour putting it together, found that the seat back appeared very crooked, and not aligned properly to the seat. At first I thought it was way the support was attached either to the seat or the back, but to my surprise found that the bottom part of the upholstery on the seat back had been sewn so that the whole bottom of the seat back was crooked! no way to fix it. so after all that time, had to return it. the upholstery on the chair is cheap, tho fairly adequate ,

Good Value and Quick Delivery

Surprisingly heavy weight. Simple and clear instructions. The only tool needed is included. Seat and back rest are just soft enough and I did not bottom out at 200 pounds. Smart arm rest design by way of shape - slightly curved down toward the front and slightly curved down in the center as opposed to up which would lead to rolling off. The arms also adjust for height and width. For width about 17 to 19 inches. The chair adjusts up and down, the angle of the back to the seat, the pitch (levelness) of the seat up and down as well as the tension of the back rest (the chair pushing back when you lean back). Overall I see this chair being a very good choice in any office with one thought in mind. It is called a task chair because of the size of the seat. I am 5' 4" and the front of the seat hits me about 3" short of my knee joint. That is exactly what I was looking for. "Manager" chair's seats have my tail bone about in the middle of the seat and uncomfortable all day long. Fixed arm chairs seem more suitable for guest chairs to me.

A Chair you Can Sit in for 8 Hours

This chair was shipped quickly and arrived quickly. The box was not too large or heavy to maneuver. It was exceedingly easy to put together and not including the screws was only in about 4-5 pieces. It took all of 10 minuted total to put the chair together. I didn't add the arms on mine, but to do that was just a few more screws. The chair has great study construction and moves well. The variable adjust options are a very welcome addition and upgrade from my last chair. I would highly recommend this chair to anyone who is forced to sit at a desk for long periods of time!

Excellent office chair

This chair has all of the features that I was looking for. The back provides great support for me. I like having a rather firm chair and this one encourages me to keep a correct posture. The adjustments are great. You can adjust the back to sit more or less upright. You can adjust the seat to tilt forwards/backwards. The arms are adjustable up and down for your height preferences. You can also raise/lower the seat to be higher from or lower to the ground. having the 5th wheel supports the balance of the chair (in case you lean too far, it is very stable)
