A Loveseat You Will Love

Description of the loveseat was accurate. The cushions are comfortable and the color was better than expected. Putting it together was not as easy as we thought it would be, but the couch is constructed well. Excellent purchase.

disappointed

I purchased this sofa for my patio and landed up returning it. The sofa is very hard, more like a plastic feel and the cushions are worthless. We did partially assemble it and one section didn't fit into the holes.

PATIO LOVESEAT

I'M TRIED TO PUT THIS LOVESEAT TOGETHER, AND THE PIECES DOESN'T SNAP INTO PLACE. ONE PIECE SNAPPED INTO POSITION, THE OTHER ONES ARE FAR FROM EACH OTHER TO COME INTO POSITION TO FIT TOGETHER, TO SNAP IN PLACE. I PURCHASED THIS LOVESEAT ON MY CONN'S ACCOUNT. I CALLED CONN'S TO SEE IF THEY CAN SEND SOMEONE TO PUT IT TOGETHER FOR ME. I WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT. I FELT THEY KNEW THIS PRODUCT WAS DEFECTED. I WANT TO SEND THIS PATIO PIECE BACK .

worst instructions ever

Love the product once its assembled but good luck with the instructions. Instructions use letters to identify parts but the actual parts have numbers on them. study pictures carefully and use common sense and you should be fine.

Loveseat patio furniture

It was very hard to assemble. Not all the pieces snapped and locked together.

Do not buy this! None of the piece fit together. It is in the trash and bloody!!!

Nice but smaller than expected

It was waaaaay smaller in person than what it looked like in the picture. Looking to sell it and buy something bigger.

Refund policy sucks.

Very easy assembly. Rigid and strong. Well made and will last for years. Cushions are a bit stiff but otherwise a great addition to our poolside. The bad… it went on sale 1 day after receiving and putting it together. Lowes insisted that we ship it back only to repurchase and ship it back to us. Insane. Had to call and argue with with lowes to just refund the difference.

Seriously, have fun putting this together.

I'm satisfied with the finished product, but be prepared for aggravation in assembling. Instructions are horrible.

I wouldn't buy this product again!

Very cheaply made for $. The direction were horrible! Worked on it all day finally just threw the directions away and put it together with mind since. Gotta a feeling the chairs are gonna be the same way!

Unexpected quality

It is difficult to buy a product without seeing the construction and material but I decided to take a chance despite a non recommendation review. The patio seat was delivered to our house over a long weekend. The material is a faux rattan which is well constructed and matches other seating we have. It took a bout an hour to assemble and had no pieces to rust. The cushions were firm, comfortable and of good quality materials. It exceeded what I was expecting and the price was very fair.

Picture misrepresents

Very upset to find that there is no table that comes with it(as shown in picture). I understand i should have read and been sure but still upset I payed way more then I should have for a plastic couch.

Great loveseat for outdoors

Bought this for my balcony. It fits perfect. I can easily sit and even stretch my legs across it (while sitting up, im 5ft 3 for reference). The assembly was super hard. You definitely need two people to put it together. Otherwise its cozy and great for the outdoors. Perfect for two people.

Always a great experience

Just received this shipment yesterday and very disappointed. The quality seems quite poor and a few parts do not fit together very well (one doesn't fit at all). The cushions are hard as a rock. Yes, it was not expensive, but I still expected better quality from Houzz. We will keep this bench because it is not worth the money it would cost to ship back and also as a constant reminder not to buy any furniture sight unseen.

Its like a puzzle

Its like a puzzle to put this together, but once fully assembled it looks so good. The cushions could be better but I will have to end up buying new ones somewhere else. I do like that i t comes in a not so big box. I think it can last long sinceit is plastic but i just have to wait and see. I extremely love it, color is good and price was awesome.

Decent once FINALLY put together!

The cushions are pretty stiff but overall this was a decent product for the price. The assembly however, was ridiculous. It took me two days to do it alone, very imprecise large plastic screws and lots of bull-and-jamming required.

Screws are plastic. The first three steps are inaccurate and the pieces do not fit together. The whole thing is a mess. I am returning the item.
