Great Chair!

Great value for the top notch construction of the chair! I searched for this chair to duplicate one I had ordered three years ago. Managed to find it on Overstock. The shipping was faster than originally estimated.

It need a little more work

So where to start? The armrest are good but the screws underneath keep coming undone so it makes it unstable, the lumbar cushion needs to be a little bit more fluffier I have to lean back the chair in the right position to get that support. This is my first Gamers chair but so far decent chair not sure if I would recommend it though

Purchased for my son's birthday. He is in the military and on his free time does alot of gaming. He is 5ft 7in tall and it fits him comfortably. The instruction are ok, just have to pay attention. It took both of us to combine our brains to put it together. Once together it's very sturdy. Shipping was fast and couldnt beat the price.

Good chair for three months then it falls apart

Ordered this chair a year ago. Was very excited and looking forward to getting it. The cushioning on the seat flattened out within six months. By nine months, the chair could not stay adjusted to the height so when you would sit in it, it would slowly lower to its lowest position within a few minutes of sitting in it. It's great when you first get it but last only long enough to get past the point of returning it.

Very comfortable and stylish!

My X20 Gaming Chair is a lot more comfortable than I expected. I love the added back and neck pillows. I have both back and neck issues so the extra support is a thoughtful addition. I like that I can adjust the height with minimal effort. I can recline to the position of my liking. It is a buttery soft feel. The light gray stripes give it a stylish look. I do not care for how the arm rests are movable. They need a lock feature. The directions for assembly could and should be better. Otherwise I assembled it with minimal help. Overall I am very happy with the look, feel, and function of the chair.

Love BUT

I want to tell you how much I love this chair. I'm an avid gamer so having a chair that is super comfortable is definitely needed. And this chair is so comfy and lays back pretty far. The only complaints I have was it was a pain to put together and the instructions were horrible what should of taken 30 minutes took over a hour.

Get your welder ready

To be fair, it's a nice chair. Arrived on Jun 6 and the arm fell off on Aug 2. Quickly saw that the bottom of the arm wasn't welded all the way around. Where it was welded, wasn't prepped. There was still paint entirely around the inside, which wouldn't be there if the surface was ground clean for welding. I chatted up customer service who told me that I would be charged for replacement. I said forget it. I ground it clean, welded it back together and painted before reassembly. I've had a string of bad purchases since covid - two bad microwaves and now this is my second bad chair. I've never had a bad experience with Overstock prior.

This chair changed my WFH life!

I finally decided to invest in a new chair after dealing with an old leather chair that was passed on from house to house. When I say I have never felt so comfortable in a chair! The softness, the headrest, the quality was everything! It took a while for me to assemble it, but the end result was worth it. I definitely would recommend.

Okay quality, not fantastic

Quality is a little disappointing. Seat and cushions are not as comfortable as I'd like. The angle can be adjusted to lean back more, but it's still hard to fully lean back in the chair. The foot rest is nice, but if the foot rest is out and I put my weight forward, entire chair starts to tilt and fall forward. Build instructions don't have a lot of details.

Seat padding could be improved

The assembly wasn't too bad. However, after a couple of months of use, I notice the seat has flattened out significantly and less comfortable than when first assembled. Structurally, the chair overall is holding up nicely though. The chair looks just like the photo, but my son found the additional lumbar pad too stiff and doesn't use it.
