The product was fine the customer service was horrible. Picked up the product and 1 item was missing. Reported it immediately to then get a runaround for days. The response went from it was delayed to you picked it up, to we have to wait to track it we will get back to you. They did not i had to repeatedly call and finally show up in person to speak to someone. The missing box was found sitting on the shelf.

These work.

Worked just as advertised. I used them as a soft undercovering for an outdoor pool. They connect well, put up with the weight just fine, and seem to be lasting outside as one would expect.

Functionality, quality is great. Color? NOT black

Functionality and quality is great, for the price. We used it for a garage gym and while the heavy equipment does cause indents in the foam, we expected that and doesn’t bother us. The color however is NOT black. I would say dark gray at best. We thought they shipped us the wrong color so took them back and repurchased “black”, but even the new shipment were dark gray. I guess this manufacturer thinks dark gray is black.

Very nice product and easy to install.

Very easy to lay down. Nice appearance. Great base layer for other things in a garage (my application was building a golf simulator.)
