I was looking for a new rolling pin. I bought others because they looked good. But I was sorry after I did. They didn't hold up to regular everyday use. This is a big rolling pin but It is not excessively heavy. I would recommend this to anyone that asks

Just yesterday I made great
Just yesterday I made great noodles which I rolled out with the 12 Rock Maple Rolling Pin. It feels and works as good as it looks. It almost sings as it rolls so very well. I give it full credit for those Italian gourmet noodles. I wonder just how much else it can roll - make. I'll find out. At ordering time, I thought it cost too much. I'm still frugal, but now I know it was worth every cent it financially cost me. You should feel the pride and exhilaration that I feel when I use it. Thank you for offering such a great product...but no, you can't have it; it's MINE!
