Received Damaged - Packaging is less than the best

Was missing two tubes of silicone and one sheet was damaged in shipping. When we picked it up at Home Depot the customer service person said it was fine - When we got it home it wasn't... Lesson learned, don't live without inspecting if you think it might be damaged. These units are very pricey for what you get, not sure it's worth the price. We called and they said they'd give us a credit, but it never showed up on our account. As far as the product goes, it's easy to work with.

I've waited a long time for this to be available in Hawaii. Home Depo only carries the smaller size, apparently due to shipping, yet it is so well packaged that I doubt there would be damage if the larger sheets were made available. I am so glad to finally have a smooth non grout staining surface. I chose the Silver Strata which is elegant and looks natural. I would recommend it to anyone. There are caveats, it should be mounted on a solid backing to strengthen it. In our case it went against a wood wall which we waterproofed with a substitute for redguard (a less smelly alternative) to be extra cautious, not because I didn't trust the Flexstone to be waterproof, but just to be complete.

Super easy install. One person can do it if necessary. Really light so you can just glue it to the wall and cut it with a knife. This is the second bathroom we’ve remodeled with it. Comes with the caulk to install it as well as a shelf. When you use it to shower, it isn’t cold like tile. Our favorite shower material.

It installed nicely and easily. Make sure walls are plumb and square prior to installation. There was Plenty of adhesive so I made sure to use enough.

Shower walls

Love these shower panels. Very easy to install. Also easy to cut to size. Only complaint would be no instructions came with panels and corner gasket was wrapped inside moulding pieces and we did not find until we had installed and caulked walls. Hopefully we caulked well enough that it will not leak.

Great surround that looks like stone slabs

The panels were well packaged and came with ample tubes of adhesive and matching sealant along with corner flashing. Panels were lightweight and easy to handle. Was able to cut panels and trim pieces with a utility knife. Instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Makes a great looking shower wall

Package was damaged, with gouges on the back side of the large panel. Fortunately it was not visible on the finished surface. The included adhesive and sealant are convenient and ensure the proper type is used. Panels are light weight yet thick and rigid enough to cover moderate wall blemishes. Easy to trim with a utility knife. Edge trim has pre-cut 45 degree angles.
